'Maya' was a fixed keel sailing yacht built by Hallberg-Rassy built in 1988. The yacht consists of a large V forward cabin, galley with saloon dining area and twin heads and twin aft berths, and navigation station. The deck consists of coachroof, cockpit and helm. It is a fast and comfortable off-shore cruising yacht. Her large cockpit, and modern sail plan, makes her an ideal mid sized cruising yacht.
The Fair Market Value herein is defined as the highest price that can be obtained by a willing seller from a willing buyer, with neither being compelled to buy or sell, and the subject vessel having been offered on the open market for a reasonable time.
